Faith Series – IKE AMADI

Title: ‘Seeing Their Faith.’

‘Seeing their faith’ Mt. 9:2.

See the full scripture, ‘Some people brought a paralysed man on a mat. Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralysed man, “Be encouraged, my child! Your sins are forgiven.’ I like how KJV put it, ‘cheer up, son!’

The ‘cheer up, son!’ is for another day. Today, we’ll look at seeing their faith.’

Jesus did not heal the man on the mat because he saw his paralysis, nor because he saw the faces of the people that brought him, what made him heal the man was because he saw their faith!

Seeing their faith. So powerful an understanding. Their faith o! Their faith eh! Their faith.

Faith is the currency of heaven, and without faith, we cannot please God.

The just shall live by faith.

The question is, ‘How is your faith?’ How great is your faith? Or is your faith little?

Observe again, ‘seeing THEIR faith.’ It could be that you are believing God for someone in your family to be born again. Your faith can go a long way. God will see your faith and cause things to go in your favour. Or is for your company? Seeing their faith. Because of your faith, your company will be lifted. Doubt it? Ask Joseph. Did God not bless Portiphar’s house because of him?

Or perhaps you are believing God for your country. Weep no more, God will see your faith and do something about your country. Doubt it? Ask Nehemiah!

So my dear, begin to invest in your faith. Go for the word of God. The word of God is the true source of faith.

Read it, know it, memorise it, practice it.

“Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God!’

God bless you, and remember, God sees your faith!
