RIP Dr Myles Munroe @Isaacsogo

DR.MYLES MUNROE AND THE REST OF US.

I wrote an article last year titled, ‘Not far from your house.’ The article was inspired after listening repeatedly to one of the now late Dr. Myles Munroe’s messages. The sudden demise of this transformational preacher and global changer has been attracting lots of condolence messages from people with strong sounding eulogy. That is the way of vision oriented men!
I would not in a best language considered Myles Munroe’s death as a dark dismal and a depressing scenario instead would prefer to see it as the graduation of a soul to eternity after making visible impact across the world through his messages and books written over the years.

Myles Munroe in his own book said,’The greatest tragedy in life is not death but a life without purpose:’ For the part of his life he lived here on earth he lived out his life on purpose and died in purpose, so what is much more than that? Left to us, he is still young but then, do you know that it all takes three and half years for Jesus to fulfil purpose? He does that and will forever be remembered now and in the generations to come because he made an indelible mark in peoples life.

That is Myles Munroe and he has done his part, leaving us with the reality of his purpose. Let’s come back to ourselves and see how much we can go while we are still here. You don’t have to leave Nigeria before you make impact, all that is required of you is to make your life count and that is why we must live our life on purpose. It is not all about the longevity but the number of lives of people you are able to impact ,d impart positively and that is not a function of your age.
All that is required of you to shape destiny lies in you, but it takes a conscious effort to make it work because things don’t work on there own. There are preachers that never preached, writers that wrote nothing, singers that never sang a song. The grave yard swallowed them up and that is why the grave yard is the richest place on earth where people are buried with the potentials in them. They never died empty!

He is no more but his life would continue to speak volume. Knowing that your life has a purpose will awaken the consciousness of how to live your life daily. And if I may ask: How many peoples lives have you impacted? Is your life a source of inspiration to others? Check it and see how you can live this single life of yours impacting and birthing an obvious positive changes in this generation.

Your life is a purpose! Live it on purpose! RIP to Dr. Myles Munroe once again.

PS

We also sympathise with the families of those who lost their lives in the blast in Yobe state Nigeria. May the good Lord put an end to this unnecessary loss of lives in our Land.

Happy birth date to Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Latter Rain Assembly who clocks sixty today. May he live long in health fulfilling God’s purpose for his life.

  1. Bishop David Oyedepo 60, Pastor Tunde Bakare 60, Myles Munroe 60 and all these men as far as I’m concerned have fulfilled their purpose. I’m about 40.What will God have enabled me to fulfil within 20years. They are d generation we are to take over from but few are those in our generation who can even measure up to dem let alone do greater works than they did. God help my own generation to receive d baton of global impact rather than thinking more of earthly and worldly personal achievements, having being swayed by d visible prosperity and power of d heathen.

  3. God rest the souls of Dr. Munroe and the others in the plane crash. He’s lived a life of impact and has transited because his time is up.
And for those whose mandate is to throw Nigeria into pain, sorrow and confusion, we ask that Heavens will rise against and overrun them the way the host of Pharaoh perished in the Red Sea.
The thing with life is that as some celebrate arrivals, others mourn departures. I celebrate Pastor Tunde Bakare, a special breed in a dying world. God’s blessings as he hits a new decade.
